Synopsis by Steve Blackburn
Irish hard rock band Thin Lizzy is captured live in October of 1978 performing before 26,000 fans at the Sydney Opera House in Australia. This show was one of the free "Rocktober" concerts sponsored by a Sydney AM radio station, and one of the last shows on Thin Lizzy's "Bad Reputation" tour. Bassist Phil Lynott, guitarists Gary Moore and Scott Gorham, and drummer Mark Nauseef perform "Jailbreak," "Bad Reputation," and their chart-topping "The Boys Are Back in Town." Also included is a version of "Waiting for an Alibi," which predates its studio recording.
