Acclaimed Japanese playwright and theater director Ryo Iwamatsu takes the helm for this family drama concerning a complacent father (Yoshio Harada) and son (Joe Odagiri) whose already volatile relationship threatens to erupt into a tempestuous firestorm as the son's wedding draws rapidly near.
