A disturbing ultrasound leads mother-to-be Laura Weinsider (Lisa Jane Persky) to experience a strange and demonic dream. Upon awakening, Laura finds that she is no longer pregnant -- but she is drenched in blood. Accused of killing her unborn child, Laura comes under the scrutiny of Mulder and Scully, who believe that forces far more sinister have shifted into gear.
