Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Grieving over her father's sudden death, Scully nonetheless begins investigating a series of abductions and killings. Each murder is predicted by Luther Lee Boggs (Brad Dourif), a Death Row inmate. As Mulder hastens to rescue a kidnapped couple by following the clues provided by Boggs, Scully hopes that the condemned man will be able to contact the spirit of her recently deceased father (Don S. Davis). Originally telecast January 7, 1994, "Beyond the Sea" was written by Glen Morgan and James Wong.
