Not to be confused with the 1939 cinematic classic The Wizard of Oz starring Judy Garland, this 1991 adaptation of L. Frank Baum's beloved story is an animated short directed by Jim Simon, one of the people behind the Care Bears and Smurfs animated series. The film follows the adventures of Dorothy, Toto, Scarecrow, Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion as they journey through the magical land of Oz.
