Synopsis by Robert Firsching
Wong Kwok Chu directed this perverse Hong Kong crime film about the S&M sex murder of a prostitute by a top-level government official (Kao Tien Chien). Desperate to avoid detection, the bureaucrat forces the prosecutor (Yin Li Shi) into charging the victim's roommate with the crime. It is up to a tough female cop named Chiang (Michiko Nishiwaki) to bring the real killer to justice, and she formulates a clever trap to catch him red-handed. The action is fairly standard material, but the unusually graphic depictions of bondage and whipping have made this film a minor cult item.
