Synopsis by Maggie Sadler
Grappling with severe obesity and the health setbacks it entails, introverted and reclusive English teacher Charlie (Brendan Fraser) vows to mend his relationship with his estranged teen daughter, Ellie (Sadie Sink). Fearing that he may be facing his final days, Charlie struggles to find common ground with Ellie as time runs thin. Darren Aronofsky directs the drama based on the play by Samuel D. Hunter. Co-starring Hong Chau and Ty Simpkins.
