Synopsis by Hal Erickson

David Spencer (Holbrook Blinn) is a basically good man, but like all men he has a few character flaws. Alas, these flaws deepen into weaknesses, leading to disaster for Spencer and his lady love Janice Lane (Eleanor Woodruff). Upon hitting rock bottom, the hero is forced to do some major realignment of his priorities. Concerned parties in this character turnaround include Spencer's sibling John (Richard Wangerman) and the seductive Babbie Norris (Alma Hanlon). The problem with synopsizing The Weakness of Man is that the "official" storyline as set forth by the studio was at odds with the completed film (which has since been lost).
