In this episode of the British situation comedy series starring Dawn French) as a small town's first female vicar, the village of Dibley is suffering from a severe water shortage, but no one is terribly happy with the water board's solution to the problem -- moving the entire community closer to a reservoir. Reverend Geraldine Granger (French) decides to do something about this dilemma, and tries to enlist the media to bring Dibley's story to the nation.
