Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Upon spotting a shooting star as it blazes a bright path across the night sky, Zack and Cody both make a wish for super powers that quickly comes true. Of course every superhero needs a nemesis, and when the twins discover that Mr. Moseby plans on turning all the local children into miniature adults they leap into action to foil his nefarious plan.
