The Silent Killers aren't human. Rather, the title refers to germ warfare and the deadly havoc it wreaks on an unsuspecting populace. Stephen Soul plays a researcher of this form of warfare, who inadvertently causes a great many deaths. Haunting by the spectres of his victims, Soul begins to wonder if he was really responsible. That's when he begins to unravel an insidious conspiracy.
