Shadow Catcher documents the multi-faceted career of Edward S. Curtis, a photographer, filmmaker and anthropologist who devoted 34 years of his life to capturing the lives of Native Americans on film. Curtis lived with the indigenous tribes he documented, and actively participated in the ceremonies and rituals he recorded.
