Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Jim Rockford's onetime cellmate "Charming" Charlie Harris (Tony Musante), comes to Jim to help him beat a murder rap. Though he freely admits to being a serial philanderer, Charlie flatly denies the accusation that he killed his wife, and wants Jim to find Linda Bannister (Diana Muldaur), the girl who can provide with an alibi. Trouble is, Linda's husband Alfred (Warner Anderson) is disinclined to admit that his wife is Charlie's mistress--and he's willing to kill Jim to keep this dirty little secret out of circulation.
