Synopsis by Phil Griffin
Set in Spain and directed by Rodrigo Sorogoyen, the narrative centers on the corrupt politician Manuel (Antonio de la Torre) who adores flaunting his wealth and living the good life alongside his family. Happy to extort, pay off and bribe in order to keep his life of luxury under wraps, he cannot believe when he is chosen to be the face of a scandal that rocks the government. Not one to bow out gracefully, Manuel divulges the wrongdoing of the entire party in order to escape serving time in prison, but will his cowardly decision create repercussions?
