The most extraordinary thing about this Thai horror movie, which was created for distribution in Thailand, is that its star is a blonde American woman (Lisa Farringer) who had a brief career as a starlet in American films. In the story she plays a Western woman married into a Thai family, who has converted to Buddhism and attempts to fit into local customs as well as she is able. When she dies and is buried, trouble begins in her neighborhood. Exhumed, she is seen to have become a vampire-like creature.
