Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Nora Harrigan (Emily Stevens) is known to Parisian opera lovers as Madame Da Tuscana. Her rival, in opera and in love, is Flora Desimone (Mabel Bardine), the wife of Grand Duke Michael (Joseph Selman). Nora is courted by Edward Courtlandt (Montagu Love), but she prefers Herr Rosen (Herbert Evans). When Nora is abducted and released, she accuses Courtlandt of the deed, and the police let him off with a warning. While vacationing in southern France with her parents (Charles Coleman and Mabel Whitcomb), Nora once again meets Courtlandt, and although she appears to be unmoved by him, it's also clear that she's no longer thrilled by Rosen's attentions. It turns out that Rosen was the one responsible for Nora's abduction and Courtlandt orders him out of the country. Nora and Courtlandt are secretly married, but her father finds out. The couple separates because Nora believes he has been involved with Flora, but Flora reveals this was not true. The couple reconciles.
