Based on the true mystery of the Phoenix Lights and a controversial, still-unsolved incident that took place there in 1997, The Phoenix Incident is a half-documentary, half-dramatic fiction tale written and directed by Keith Arem. The story focuses on a conspiracy involving military forces, and eventually results in the mysterious disapperance of four men.
