Director Scott Gabriel's romantic comedy The Perfect Wedding tells the tale of a reformed alcoholic named Paul who not yet sober two-years must contend with a Christmas with his family. His sister announced her engagement, and brings her two best friends with her to start planning the big day. However, Paul and his sister's friend Roy used to be a couple who split when Paul's drinking got out of hand. In order to protect himself emotionally, Paul asks a friend, Gavin, to pretend to be his significant other during the festivities, but soon Gavin and Roy find themselves drawn to each other.
