The award-winning documentary The Navigators chronicles the exciting story of the historical late 18th century "race" to the land of Australia, which had not yet been colonized. Explorers Matthew Flinders of England and Frenchman Nicolas Baudin were both determined to arrive first at the rumored land at the bottom of the world and claim it for their respective countries. This release documents the many adventures and travails of their long journeys.
