Synopsis by Hal Erickson
After a fire severely damages her apartment, Rhoda (Valerie Harper) has no place to stay. Big-hearted Mary (Mary Tyler Moore) asks Rhoda to temporarily move in with her (with a little coaxing, naturally). Before long, it becomes painfully clear that The Odd Couple's Oscar and Felix were Damon and Pythias compared to the oil-and-water combo of Mary and Rhoda. "Where There's Smoke, There's Rhoda" was originally aired on February 12, 1972.
