The Legend of the Phantom Rider stars Denise Crosby as Sarah, a woman who is left alone in her new frontier home after a group of baddies fronted by Blade (Robert McCray) kill her husband and child. Her seething need for retribution causes an ancient spirit to come to town. This spirit takes the form of a gunfighter called Pelgidium who sets off to face down Blade, but soon it becomes apparent that these two have met before.
