Synopsis by Tracie Cooper

Directed by Fereydoun Jeyrani, Shaam-E-Akhar (The Last Supper) features Katayoun Riahi as Mihan, a female architectural history professor, and Mohammad Reza Golzar as Mani, a student who has taken to drawing Mihan's portrait while she lectures the class. Mihan's husband, Mohsen (Atila Pesiani), feels that she doesn't spend enough time at home caring for him. After admitting to her daughter, Setareh (Haniye Tavassoli) that she only stayed with Mohsen for Setareh's sake, Mihan divorces Mohsen and leaves him for good. This gives Mani a new hope, and he falls further in love with Mihan, though Setareh believes that it is she and not her mother who is the object of Mani's affections. Meanwhile, Mohsen is stalking his ex-wife, going so far as to allege that she is engaging in sexual conduct with her students.
