Set in a racially and economically diverse city neighborhood, the Kids of Degrassi Street series is famous for dealing with the real challenges involved with growing up. Stories are told from the kids' point of view, demonstrating the struggle in the choices they make. In this episode, Lisa is frustrated because there isn't anything interesting enough to make a headline for the school paper. Then Ida gets robbed, but Lisa is torn about publishing the story since her brother Noel turns out to be a suspect in the case.
