Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Florence (Marla Gibbs) begins to worry about her future when she realizes that she hasn't salted any money away. In hopes of securing a retirement nest egg, Florence approaches boss George Jefferson (Sherman Hemsley) and asks him to set up a pension plan. Not surprisingly, George turns her down -- but in keeping with past Florence-George confrontations on The Jeffersons, the last word in the matter has yet to be spoken.
