Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Although he refuses to extend a loan to Charlie the bartender (Danny Wells), George Jefferson (Sherman Hemsley) advises Charlie to pep up business with contests, music and (especially) scantily-clad waitresses. Charlie follows this advice, with the financial help of Tom Willis (Franklin Cover). When business begins booming, George suddenly wants a piece of the action.
