Upon the death of her estranged grandfather, Sasha (Natalia Ryumina) finds out that his entire estate in Kyiv, Ukraine has been bequeathed to her. She decides to travel to Ukraine with her husband Peter (Nick Wittman) to sign the transfer papers and get to know the property left to her a bit more. Unfortunately, she is unaware of the dark secrets her family keeps and the sinister forces that lurk in the house. Written and directed by Chad Barager and Kevin Speckmaier.
