With the able assistance of Bill Williams (Edmund Cobb) and the faithful dog Dynamite, Jack Manning (Tim McCoy) is able defeat his attackers. But Jack and Bill are ultimately outnumbered by the Indians and Chief Yellow Snake orders Jack to fight Bull McGee (Bud Osborne) for possession of the captured Mary Woods (Allene Ray). Jack, Bill, Mary, and Dynamite manage to escape in the ensuing melee, but Rance Carter (Wilbur McGaugh) and his men are waiting at the Woods mining claim.
