Anodea Judith is a psychologist, author, and advocate of mind/body health, who helped create this audio-visual guide to the body's chakra system. The Illuminated Chakras uses digital animation to guide viewers through the inner world and offer an "open-eye meditation" on the centers of earth, water, fire, air, sound, light, and transcendent consciousness.
