Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
This surrealistic tragicomedy is partially taken from the life of writer Danil Harms, the experimental poet who died in a Leningrad prison hospital at age 36. Harms (Frano Lasic) is visited by an angel (Damjana Luthar), who removes his detachable wings to wander with Harms through the streets of town. Harms later symbolically flies past his sweetheart's window. The film celebrates Harms life rather than dwelling on the somber circumstances of his life and death.
