Argentinean documentary filmmaker Eduardo Montes-Bradley finds his mission to interview a journalist accused of presenting expansive interviews conducted with Gabriel Garcia Marquez by another author as his own work sidelined by the revelation that factories on the Uruguayan side of the border are polluting the nearby villages as the powerless and impoverished citizens fight an uphill ecological battle.
