Synopsis by Rovi
Preparing to appear with Blanche (Rue McClanahan) and Rose (Betty White) in a dance recital, Dorothy (Bea Arthur) goes into her famous "six-count Cincinnati riff with a double pull-back" -- and causes severe damage to her foot. Slated for minor surgery, a terrified Dorothy takes drastic measures to avoid going under the knife. Appropriately cast as a physician in this episode is Robert Picardo, who later co-starred as "Doc" on Star Trek: Voyager.
