In dire need of money to finance his wedding (no, he didn't get married in the previous episode after all), Will (Will Smith) talks Uncle Philip (James Avery) into a "surefire" investment. The plan requires Philip to purchase the apartment building wherein dwells Will's pal Jazz (Jeff Townes). Unfortunately, the place has definitely seen better days--and before long, Philip is threatened with imprisonment on the charge of being a slumlord!
