Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Hoping to experience the "real world", Ashley (Tatyana M. Ali) secretly drops out of private school and enrolls in a public high school. Since only Will (Will Smith) knows about this, he must act the role of "father" when Ashley's teacher Miss Sharpe (Renee Jones)--who, incidentally, is a real knockout!--wants to meet the girl's parents. Meanwhile, Hilary (Karyn Parsons) makes a game but misguided effort to broaden the appeal of her TV talk show.
