Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Described in the CBC listings as a "subjective" travel show, the Canadian weekly The Four Corners brought a personal and sometimes aesthetic touch to the traditional travelogue. On each episode, a famous person would describe his or her country of origin in a different creative fashion. While films were often used, the guests would also rely heavily upon poetry, dance, dramatic monologues, and etchings. The Four Corners was seen from July 9 to August 27, 1957.
