This 45-minute video switches between aerobics and weight training for an all-over workout. Viewers will need a set of 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ankle weights (optional for jogging in place), a set of 3-8 lb. dumbbells, and an 8-10" step-up box. There is a new instructor for each segment and viewers can adjust their workout by increasing the height of a step and/or using heavier weights.
