Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Exploitation-flick impresario Ron Ormond produced, directed and starred in The Exotic Ones. Ormond's co-star is his wife June, portraying a striptease artist living in terror in New Orleans' French Quarter. It seems that a crazed killer, hopped up on the e-vil marijuana weed, is roaming around the vicinity, murdering strippers. Strictly a "regional", The Exotic Ones cleaned up on the Southern drive-in circuit. Considered hot stuff in 1968, it seems fairly antiseptic today.
