Synopsis by Hal Erickson

The beautiful and intelligent Madge Kennedy was smart enough to play dumb in the Goldwyn feature The Danger Game. The actress plays Clytle Rogers, an empty-headed damsel who harbors dreams of becoming a successful novelist. Using her wealthy father's influence, Clytle manages to publish a fanciful volume titled "The Danger Game," the story of a daring society girl who commits a burglary. When her book is panned by influential critic Gilpin (Tom Moore), who insists that the plot was ridiculous and impossible, Clytle sets about to prove the critic wrong by burglarizing a fancy Park Avenue mansion. She succeeds only in getting arrested and stirring up an embarrassing scandal for her family. The acerbic Gilpin, who by now has grown rather fond of Clytle, decides to cure her of her foolishness by posing as a desperate crook and fabricating an elaborate crime-caper charade.
