Inspired by the work of composer Leos Janacek, The Dandelion Crown tells the allegorical story of a woman who, against strong pressures from the community, refuses to sacrafice her individuality to conform to the desires of society at large. The tale is accomanied by Janacek's Glagolitic Mass, one of his most significant choral works.
