Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

A cop framed by his corrupt ex-partner for a drug crime makes a deal with the DEA to take down a violent Columbian drug lord in this thriller starring Tom Sizemore. Jack Hooks was a good cop until crooked Frank Rossi (Sizemore) set him up to take a big fall. Now, facing serious time in prison, Hooks wants revenge. He knows that he can bring down Rossi's drug trade if given the chance, and cuts a deal with the DEA to do just that. His target is Carlos Huerta (David Castro), one of the biggest marijuana runners in the world. Making his way into Colombia following a tense run in the Yucatan channel, Hooks has his target in sight when he falls for Huerta gorgeous mistress Elena. With the stakes higher than ever before, Hooks must now complete his dangerous mission while ensuring that no harm comes to Elena, or his loyal crew.
