Synopsis
The team seeks clues in the hit-and-run murder of a girl on a bicycle. Brenda soon puts her investigative focus on the police commissioner (Mark Moses) and his wife (Elizabeth Perkins) when she suspects their involvement in a scandalous cover-up. Maggie Wheeler guest stars.
