During his distinguished career with the Brooklyn Dodgers, Pee Wee Reese was a strong captain who knew how to unite his team members and show compassion to others, including young Jackie Robinson. In this program, Reese is shown returning to Brooklyn 35 years after the team left for Los Angeles. He visits the site of Ebbets Field, along with teammates Bobby Thomson and Roger Khan. The three men share some of their favorite memories of playing on this field. Manager Larry MacPhail is among the others featured in this program.
