Left for dead by a gang of ruthless vampires who forced him to witness the slaughter of his own family, ex-Army Ranger Shawn Black (Michael Matthias) vows to put every last one of the vicious bloodsuckers back in the ground where they belong. Later, as Shawn tracks down the hive's magnetic leader Cain (Vinnie Jones) and his loyal servant Vanya (Kat Von D), he realizes this is one job he can't handle on his own.
