Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
This strange sci-fi tale is set upon the far-off planet of Terre Verte. The civilizations there are threatened by a global energy shortage. To preserve their part of the planet two war-like politicians devise a plot to blow up the other half of the planet in order to save themselves.
