In the early months of 2009, The Black Crowes made their way to Band drummer Levon Helm's place in order to record their new album live in front of an audience. This documentary shows the band hard at work on the new material and includes renditions of "Good Morning Captain," "Shady Grove," and "Aimless Peacock."
