Harris (Malcolm McDowell) is a London crime boss and Neeyln (Vinnie Jones) is the one taking care of his problems. One day, they find themselves in Virgina after Harris strikes a deal with an American oilman named Preston (Ron Perlman). Contracts are signed and festivities are held, but at one point, Vinnie’s girlfriend, Kara (Leven Rambin), disappears. With everyone’s main suspect being Preston’s son Junior (Brandon Sklenar), Neeyln decides to discard his ties with friends and family to find truth and retribution.
