Nearly the entire Lubin stock company of Philadelphia, PA. Appeared in this series of 15, one-reel melodramas depicting how Lord Cecil, a modern-day Robin Hood, ventures forth to right civilized society's many wrongs. Lord Cecil was played by the Lubin Mfg. Company's top matinee idol Arthur V. Johnson, who also directed. The series also featured Lottie Briscoe, Florence Hackett, and future director Howard Mitchell.
