Synopsis by Ronnie D. Lankford, Jr.

Host Michael Moore decides to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Gulf War and the retirement of General Electric CEO Jack Welch in this episode. First, Moore opens a filling station that sells gas from Iraq. Since the gas is sold at a considerable discount, customers must bring in food that will be shipped to Iraq to feed hungry children. Moore boxes up the items and finds a person willing to deliver it to Iraq, despite sanctions against shipments of food. Next, an Awful Truth correspondent tries to raise money for a number of people with Gulf War Syndrome. The correspondent attempts to sign up government sponsors for "The Gulf War Fun Run" without success. In between these episodes, Moore celebrates the career of Welch. To commemorate the chemicals dumped in the Hudson River by a General Electric plant, Moore has a "Hudson River Fish Fry" on his Times Square set.
