Synopsis by Ronnie D. Lankford, Jr.

In the first segment of the program, host Michael Moore introduces K-Flex, Congressional Pimp. The difference between a prostitute and a politician, Moore suggests, is that congressmen don't have a pimp to oversee their actions. K-Flex travels to Congress to meet his 500 "hos," but realizes they already have pimps in the guise of the Democratic and Republican campaign committees. He visits the committees, a number of lobbyists, and finally, speaks to several members of Congress. Next, Moore introduces a satirical segment called "Male Apartheid." American males, it seems, have been able to remain dominant in government, business, culture, and the media for the last 211 years. How have they remained in power, he asks? Because the majority of the population, females, vote for them. Throughout the program, Moore drives a taxicab around New York, refusing to pick up anyone who isn't African-American. He also refuses to drive into "certain" sections of town, like Wall Street.
