Synopsis by Ronnie D. Lankford, Jr.

In the first segment of the program, host Michael Moore instigates a wallet exchange program in an African-American neighborhood. Since the police often mistake wallets, cell phones, and candy bars for guns, he decides that it would be better if everyone had a day-glow orange wallet. He also spray paints a number of items orange and encourages people to walk with their hands in the air at all times. After the exchange program is over, he dumps the old wallets in a pile for the police. Next, The Awful Truth sends a correspondent to Texas and Florida to investigate the sibling rivalry between Jeb and George W. Bush. Florida's governor, the reporter believes, is trying to execute more criminals so that it can catch up with Texas. When he tries to talk to Jeb Bush, he is arrested. Throughout the program, a number of "compassionate conservatives" play games like dunk the homeless, pin the tale on the illegal alien, and pie the poor.
