Synopsis by Ronnie D. Lankford, Jr.
In the first segment of the program, host Michael Moore decides that since the United Nations has traveled to Iraq to inspect weapons, someone should travel to the American Northwest to inspect U.S. weapons. He gathers a team of Arab inspectors who travel to weapons facilities in an attempt to learn more. When the team collects its information, Moore attempts to deliver it to several members of Congress. Next, Moore tells the audience about a foundation that grants wishes to dying children. When one child asked to kill a grizzly bear, however, the foundation refused. Moore proceeds to satirize the people who protested the foundation's decision with a sketch about a young girl who wants to burn a cross in someone's yard. In the last segment, Moore attempts to find a new partner for Hillary Clinton. First, he places a personal ad in the Village Voice. Dissatisfied with the responses to the ad, he interviews a number of men and has the audience pick the best partner for Clinton.
